Simon Graff is an experienced expert in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and mixed reality in German-speaking countries. After working as a Creative Technologist and Director Innovation, he founded the strategic innovation consultancy FOR REAL?! in 2021, which he led until the end of 2024. Today, he shares his expertise as an independent consultant, keynote speaker and workshop leader. His approach follows the principle of transforming passion for technology into practical applications and meaningful solutions. As chairman of the Hamburg-based XR trade association nextReality e.V. and founder of the AI-supported fashion brand DNSYS®, he combines technological innovation with practical implementation and drives the development of future-oriented technologies as a mentor and advisory board member.
